Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of AI Visibility by SWAT Studio™ ("the service"), provided by SWAT Business Consulting ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
What the service does
The service asks AI assistants and search tools questions about businesses like yours, scores how visible your business is in their answers, checks your website and listings, and suggests and tracks fixes. AI answers change often and differ between users, locations and times. Scores and reports are estimates based on the answers we received when the report ran. We do not control any AI provider and cannot guarantee that your business will be mentioned, ranked or recommended.
Your account
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account and for having the right to manage the businesses you add. One free report is offered per business.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the service then stops at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded unless required by law. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Some accounts are billed by invoice under a separate agreement.
Changes to your website and listings
We change your website, Google profile or other listings only after you or your team approve the change, or when you have asked us to make it. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your business information.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to add businesses you don't represent, to break the law, or to disrupt the service or the AI providers it uses.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Ending the service
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or don't pay.
