This policy explains what AI Visibility by SWAT Studio™, provided by SWAT Business Consulting, collects and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email and a securely hashed password.
- Business details: the business name, address, website, type, competitors and profile you give us or that we find in public sources such as Google Maps and your website.
- Report data: the questions we ask AI services about your business and their answers, scores, website checks and fix history.
- Activity log: actions taken on your account, kept for security and audit.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To run your reports and monitoring, suggest and track fixes, send you reports and account emails, bill you, keep the service secure, and improve our question templates. Question templates by business type are shared across customers, but your business data and reports are not shown to other customers.
Who we share it with
To produce reports we send questions that include your business name and location to AI and data providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity and DataForSEO) under their API terms. We also use Stripe for payments and an email provider to deliver emails. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is open. After you close it we delete your business data within 90 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or audit reasons.
Your choices
You can update your account details on the My account page, and ask us for a copy of your data or to delete it.
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, service keys are encrypted, and access is limited to people who need it.
